AUTOCLAVE, SUSTAINABLE WOOD PROTECTION

AUTOCLAVE TERRACES NORTH PINE CLASS IV

nlle photo.jpg

For an effective protection of the wood against moisture, fungi and insects (including termites), the wood is autoclaved "vacuum and pressure" to impregnate it to the core with preservatives. This process consists of filling all the cells of the wood with a treatment product. The wood undergoes a vacuum. The treatment product is then added, under vacuum, and pressed deep into the wood. This process requires little energy.

These agents are regulated and do not pose any risk to humans or the environment.

The CTB B certification guarantees traceability and rigorous monitoring of autoclave treatments in classes 3 and 4.

The reference faces for the "double comb", "100% grooved" and "6V" profiles are the grooved faces and not the smooth faces.

AUTOCLAVED JOISTS, THE NATURAL COMPLEMENT TO THE NORSILK TERRACES

The joists are made from the same species as our terrace boards and receive the same careful autoclave treatment. Stable and durable, they make it possible to perpetuate the terrace.
